Aye, I read this yesterday and almost quoted those three lines.

It's quite amazing how gullible most people are.

Carry a toolbox and a clipboard and you can usually walk straight into most commercial and corporate buildings.

For added effectiveness print out an ID card (false name, natch), laminate and affix with clip to shirt or lapel. Now we really looking convincing
