My .pst file is corrupted and the inbox repair tool does not work, how do I
retrieve all of my email messages from this file???

What makes you think the pst file is corrupted?
 
If scanpst.exe fails to repair the pst you will have to resort to paid for
third party tools, most have a try before you buy
What size is the pst & what version of Outlook created it?
