Does read receipt still be sent out if I open .pst file using another email
mailbox?
Say, I received emails in (e-mail address removed) and i save this email into pst
file, and open the pst file in another email outlook, say, (e-mail address removed),
will the read receipt be sent out? If it does send out, will it be coming
from @abc.com or @xyz.com?

It's sent when the message is marked as read if you have chosen to send read
receipts.

Tnks for your reply. jst wanted to know whether the read receipt is sent from
original email recipient (@abc.com) , or the email address (@xyz.com)where i
open the pst file.

If you open the pst as a secondary personal folder, they won't be sent at
all. If you open it as the default message store, they should go out as that
account's default. I think... I never tried it though because I never wanted
to return them. :)
If you want to delete them, see:
