How does one load Office 2000 SP3 without the additional CD that .

I am having trouble opening attachments in Outlook. I thought I would load
the latest for Outlook 2000 as in SP3. Everytime I try this over the
Internet, it ask for a office CD which I have but it fails to load.
Need Help!!!

what kind of trouble do you have with opening attachments?
