If I Sync All while logged on as Lisa, can Gerry then log in and Sync All
and get the same emails and messages? What about deleting, marked read,
etc?? Or do both of us have to read all email, NG messages from one user's
account? Can we subscribe to different NG's in our different profiles?
Only one ISP here, the same shared email account.

Thanks!!

Each user gets his/her own instance of the program open. What ever you do
does not affect any others users unless you are sharing the same email
address.

Tools, Options, Maintenance tab, Store Folder button.
Change one store location to match the other user's location.
This will let both user's share the same folders.
The newsgroups will also be the same.
If you want different news groups, setup an Identity just for the
newsgroups.

What I did was get Gerry another email addres from our ISP.
If I set up that address/account in OE in his user name, then will they both
be totally separate??

Yes.

Probably not (for the email part).
You will have to ask your ISP if they are separate mailboxes or aliases for
the same mailbox. If they are aliases for the same mailbox you will get
each other's mail. Message rules can help, but if you're not really careful
with them you can end up with neither of you getting some of the mail,
particularly if people put you in the BCC field. Generally, a separate
mailbox for another family member will cost extra money, but I found it
worth the expense. Or, set each one to Leave a copy on the server for 5
days and each will get everything. (Tools | Accounts | double click the
account | Advanced)

For the news part, yes, separate identities or users will keep them well
separated.

If the new address has it's own password, you should be ok.
