I have a WORD document on my desktop and have been asked to provide it, in an
online form, in .doc or .pdf. How do I do that?

Hi SGF,

Word documents save with a ".doc" extension by default, though you may not
be able to see the extension if your system is set to hide known extensions.

PDFs are a different file format, which you can create from a Word document
via applications like Adobe Acrobat professional (not the free reader), if
you have them installed on your system.

Cheers
