How do your write a persuasive paragraph?

My 7 year old child needs to write a persuasive paragraph about soft bake
cookies and I need help in showing her how to accomplish it.
 
This is your child's homework, not yours (or ours). Presumably your child's
teacher explained how to write a persuasive paragraph. Was your child paying
