How do you use HTML tags in Outlook?

Hi, I'm trying to use html tags in outlook express to insert a picture using
the <img src> tag, but when I send the email, it displays the tag rather than
what the tag is supposed to do (display a picture). I would just manually
insert the picture into Outlook but it's too big for it I suppose because it
shrinks the picture and won't let me make it the original size (the picture
is like 800*3000 pixels).

PLEASE help me!!!

Hi, Neal,
You can insert the picture manually by using INSERT / PICTURE / FROM FILE.
Then right click it in the message and choose FORMAT PICTURE.
Click on the size tap and set the format.
