how do you use comcast email with outlook on a pda

I can use internet explorer so the connection for the wireless is working.
Messaging with outlook and comast mail just dont work. A typed message when
you send it it goies to the outbox and then it wont send from there. I can
use a second msn account and use i.e. to send and rec email there with no
problems. Any suggestions. Dell says call comcast who says they dont offer
support call microsoft.
