My XP Home disk (original) is quite old (SP1). How can I update that
disk, i.e., burn a copy that will contain SP2 package so that when I
use it to reload my PC, it will be already at SP2 level? I've got SP2
update binary downloaded from MS already. I think there is method
called slip-streaming, but it is just a gobbledy-gook to me. Thanks for
your help.

Get AutoStreamer. That's what it's for.

Bud, thanks for the info. The webpage tutorial is quite detailed and
very good. I'll be trying that very soon.
