How do you turn off....

the notification you get in XP any time you send a print job. It is in your
system try and pops up a ballon with the printer information. Does anybody
know where to turn this off?
 
Start, Printers and Faxes, File, Server Properties, Advanced Tab, and then
uncheck the show informational notifications for network printers. Hope this
helps!!!

How do you keep users from beginning the message body in the subject
box?
