how do you sync Business Contact Manager with a Blackberry?

I have just started using Business Contact Manager. How ever my Blackberry
continues to sync with my Contacts - which is not being updated for new
contacts which I am putting into Business Contact Manager. Is there a way
round this?

Good morning,

I recently started using BCM. I can't go back to simpe Outlook.
By any chance have you been able to determine how to sync your Blackberry with BCM?
