How do you stop spam emails from opening web browser (in outlook express)?

I need help.
I am getting these spam e-mails, which pop open the web browser and
connect to its web site in the split second before I erase the e-mail.
How do I stop all e-mails from opening the web browser?

Don't use the preview pane.
