How do you Stop Automatic Startup of Outlook 2003 after sp2 instal

Ever since I installed Win XP Pro SP2, My MS Outlook 2003 automatically
starts everytime I turn my computer on. How do I change that so it doesn't
automatically start?

maybe you have an entry in the autostartup folder!?
