How do you show the task notes with the subject in a View

A while back I managed this and still have Views on my computer showing the
task notes in a View with the subject above. However, I cant remember where
to do this and I am setting up outlook tasks on another computer. I use the
field Task Subect.

I think you are describing Autopreview where in blue text you see the first
few lines of the Note field of a Task. The autopreview button is on the
Advanced Toolbar.
