how do you set the default toolbar. I want the standard and form.

Everytime I open up Office 2003 word, the default toolbars are drawing and
email. I want to set the default to standard and formatting. I reset the
toolbars everytime I open word but they always revert back when I close and
reopen.

Check you have write access to your normal.dot. Some installations use
normal in their shared workgroup path to avoid people inadvertently
changing stuff.
