How do you set HTML as default setting for incoming messages?

We recently switched to Windows Vista and I have had to start over in
Outlook. The majority of messages I receive are now in Plain Text but not
all of them. Is there a way to set HTML as the default reader? I know how
to do it indivually but this is a setting that I had before and can't seem to
figure out now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In prior versions of Outlook was it possible? It just seems now that nearly
75% of my incoming messages are in plain text where before they were in HTML.
It's not a huge deal but a pleasent feature is no longer and thats too bad.
Thanks.

Does Outlook's INfoBar tell you they've been converted to Plain Text? You
can't force incoming messags to be HTML if they were sent in Plain Text.
First you must determine if they were HTML or Plain Text on the sender's
side.
