HOW DO YOU SET EMAIL ACCOUNTS FROM HOTMAIL.COM

I AM TRYING TO SET UP MY E-MAIL ACCOUNTWITH HOTMAIL.COM
IN OUTLOOK HOW IS THIS DONE.
 
You can't use Outlook for free Hotmail accts. If you have a paid premium acct
at Hotmail, follow the directions at their web site.
PS Your caps lock key is stuck.
