How do you set all folder views in Outlook to be the same?

I would like to add to the following Question that was posted as I have
multiple accounts and would like all folders to display the same without the
need to open each and every folder of each account. Can I change which view
Outlook uses for the default or modify the default view settings.

Thanks,

Len

Copy Folder Design is a feature available only when you have a connection to
a Microsoft Exchange mailbox in your Outlook profile.

I suspect that what you want to "copy" is views. That's not really
necessary. Go to View | Arrange By | Current View | Define Views and create a
new named table view with its scope set to "on all mail folders." Add the
fields you want to see. You will then be able to invoke that view on any
other folder as you need it.

The techniques here should help:
