how do you send html emails created in dreamweaver through outlook

I am attempting to send an html e-mail created in dreamweaver mx. After
turning on rich text and pasting the code into the e-mail it still fails to
send properly. How can this be resolved?

in outlook click tools, options, mail format, and highlight html. if this
does not work for you try turning off word to edit. this has helped me using
other software in the past. hope this helps
