how do you retrieve a deleted file?

i was writing a paper and accidentially erased it. It has also been erased
out of my recycle box. Does anyone know how to retrieve a deleted file?

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program (Windows version) you are using. You
should find people better able to address your problem there than here.

You could try: annexcafe.general.user2user
