How do you remove templates from a resume

I am just learning how to use microsoft word. My sister emailed me a resume
she prepared for me as an attachment and I can't get the templates off of it.
I ask the word assistant to help on how to remove the templates, but I never
get the right answer from it. Can someone help me? Thank you for your help.

You're looking in the wrong place. The "Access" in this newsgroup's
name refers to the database software Microsoft Access; we don't do
templates or Word documents.

Please scroll down the list of subject areas and pick one for Word.
