How do you remove a "Template Help" hyperlink from appearing?

How do you remove the Microsoft 'Template Help' hyperlink from constantly
appearing every time you open a spreadsheet which was created from the
online/downloaded template?
 
I also did the following before receiving this reply (it worked)..does this
damage the original file in anyway? (Went to the spreadsheets
File/Properties/Custom and deleted the template label - then saved -
hyperlink disappeared.)
