How do you remove a frame...

I need to remove frames from a document that has multiple paragraphs and is
in a two column format. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Double-click on the frame border to open the Format Frame dialog, then click
Remove Frame. But unless the frame is defined as part of the style, you can
remove it by pressing Ctrl+Q in the paragraph.
