How do you put scanned photos onto a CD

I'm new to this and my hp director doesn't give me the
option to transfer my picture files to a disc. I have
Kodak software, picture it 2002, and the HP software but
none of these photo softwares seem to be able to put my
photos onto a disc. Why is that? How do I perform what I
thought would be a simple task? I do not have a digital
camera, but do have a HP psc 950 scanner/printer.Do I
have to move my picture files somewhere else to be able
to put them onto a CD, and how and where do I move them?

If you are using Win XP: Highlight the folder containing your photos by left clicking on it. Now right click on the highlighted folder and select 'Send To'. Then select copy to CD

If you want to copy several folders to the CD, highlight the 1st folder, hold down the shift key then left click on the last folder. After you highlight all the folders right click and select 'Send to'. Then select copy to CD.
