Do you create a folder for each person under coorespondence or do you
organize your incomeing mail by catagories, like Friend, Family, Work,
Actions Required etc.?

Whatever makes sense to you. For instance I have all newsletters going to a
subfolder of the Inbox. All the e-mails of a discussion group also go to a
subfolder of the Inbox and all the private items of that discussion group go
to a subfolder of that. I also use Automatic Formatting to color all the
messages of my girlfriend blue but leave them in the Inbox. Outlook 2003
also let you create Search Folders which creates a virtual folder of all the
items with certain conditions. Search Folders I use a lot are; Today's
Unread Mail, Marked for Follow Up and Large E-mail
