How do you mirror W2K Pro?

I have a computer running Windows 2000 Pro, and recently
my Hard Drive crashed on me. I got everything up and
running again, and bought another Hard Drive the same
size. I want to mirror the C: drive that if this happens
again, I can just change the 2nd drive over to be the C:
drive and continue working without having to redo my Hard
Drive again. Is this possible to do, so it does this
automatically when data changes on the Hard Drive, or how
is this done?

Windows 2000 Pro doesn't support software mirroring, you need Server to do
this. There are hardware RAID solutions.
