How do you mirror data and formatting in Excel '03

If a person has a chart in which the background of the cell makes the data in
the chart and different colors indicate different activities, How would a
person reverse them from "left to right" to "right to left" along with data
within the cells?
Basically Just a mirror operation. that goes left to right with just the
cells and the formatting.
 
I do not understand what you want to do. More explaination please with an
example
