How do you link a template into FrontPage?

I am a school teacher, and I want to link a template to my web page that was
created in FrontPage. Can you tell me how to do this?

You don't. You have the create the page from the template. If using FP2003, then you can do this
with Dynamic Web Templates. See FP Help.
