How do you launch a slideshow from slide in middle of show?

I've got a presentation where I present the first 10 slides, then break out
of slideshow to look at AutoCad information...then want to go back to
Powerpoint and continue slideshow from where I left off. I'd like to click
on the 11th slide and begin the slideshow from there. I can not find any
info on how to do this...so I restart the slideshow and fast forward through
the first 10 slides...kinda lame.

HELP!

You have several choices for how to approach this:

The simplest approach is to keep doing what you are doing, except when you
restart the presentation, type 11 and hit Enter. It should take you right to
the 11th slide.

Another possibility is to never leave PowerPoint, but to hyperlink from it.
On the 10th slide, create a button or hyperlink that either hyperlinks to the
file you want to open, or, through Action Settings > Run Program, opens the
file you want. When you leave the other program, you should be right back in
PowerPoint.

Another possibility is to open the other program before starting PowerPoint,
and then use Alt-TAB in the middle of PowerPoint to go to that program. When
you are done, Alt-TAB back to your show.
