HOW DO YOU KEEP THE SAME PICTURE FOR WALLPAPER BACKROUND ON VISTA

My tbackround keeps changing to differents pics all the time, how do you stop
that from happening and keep just the one photo, this is on the new windows
vista.

Right-click on Desktop, choose "Personalize". Change your settings there.
