how do you enable NTLM security on windows 2000?

I am trying to use RSA secure ID and need to enable NTLM
Challenge/Respone on windows 2000. I can not find where
to enable this. Any help is appreciated.
 
To configure the settings on the local machine:

gpedit.msc | Local Computer Policy | Computer Configuration | Windows
Settings | Local Policies | Security Options | Network security: LAN Manager
..........
