How do you 'draw' array

I am curious, why do you post this question to a dotnet vb newsgroup?

Would a newsgroup as

microsoft.public.visio not be a better place?

I feel sorry, I don't really understand what you want to do and how this
is related to VB.NET programming. Do you want to automate Visio to
"draw the array"? Maybe you get help in one of the
microsoft.public.visio.developer[.*] groups.

In addition to the other comments.

Microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.drawing is a good newsgroup to ask
questions about drawing in .NET.

As the others have indicated, its hard to tell what you are really asking...
