How do you customize your email to have name , address at bottom

Hi, I always see emails from business associates having a quote , a name and
address of themselves and business and phone # , etc. I'd like to know how
it is done so I can also have a professional permanent email at the end of my
emails.

Hello Dr. Roth,

It would help to know your version of Outlook and the type of mail account
you have (Exchange, normally used in a business environment, or POP3, IMAP,
or other). Versions of Outlook differ so the steps to instruct you may not
be correct for your version.

Typically you can try from the menu bar in Outlook:

Tools > Options > Mail Format (tab) > Signature (button) > New
