Check with your hardware mfr. for help - they're all different.
Note - this isn't a very good way to keep people from getting onto your
computer - someone can always open the case and pull the battery. Use NTFS
and a secure login/password and so forth.
You should be able to do that in BIOS. When you start your computer, you should see something like "Press (button's name) to enter setup." Try pressing that and then look around in BIOS. But DON'T change anything else!
