How do you copy one folder contacts to another folder

i have Office XP Pro but i can't seem to copy contact
names from one folder to another, and also i'm getting an
error 0x800ccc79
 
You should post what you are trying and what happens when you try. You gave
us no information with which to troubleshoot your problem.
