how do you convert paradox 4.5 to MS Access

We are currently using Paradox Version 4.5 and it is failing and we need to
know if we can convert our files to Micrsoft Access.

Data, yes. Application, no.

That said, you may have some luck searching Google.com for some form of
conversion application that actually could take the objects and constructs
the Paradox uses and somehow change them into the objects and constructs
that Access uses.
