how do you connect to mssql2k?

In general, the windows-based security is the best route to go. It's more
secure than SQL security. My understanding is that the built-in SQL security
is not particularly secure.

What method do you use to connect to mssql2k?
Do you use Trusted-Connection (windows-based) or SQL security with a
specific username/password?
