How do you clear the email address history file in Outlook?

I need to restore my email address history file, it is corrupt with many
email addresses i dont want. How do i restore/reset this file??

do you mean the autocompletion file which is where Outlook holds details of
recently used email addresses and suggests them when you start to type in
the To... field?

If so, that's the .n2k file and a search in these newsgroups will find you a
lot of data about it.
