How do you change the default on the comment box?

You can change the colors of the comment box default on Excel by going into
control panel/display/appearance/tooltip, but I can't find a way of changing
the default for PowerPoint. Is there any way to make them automatically come
up pink or green instead of yellow? Or if you want it automatically to come
up right justified in Times new Roman each time you insert one?
