how do you cancel safe mode, and restore to normal?

A messege appeaared asking if I desired "SAFE MODE". I accepted, but it's not
fully capaable. Where do I go to restore normal setting?

Safe mode gets used in THAT session due to problems encountered in the prior
session. When you start Outlook the next time, it will start in normal mode
(unless it had problems in your prior session).

Check that the /safe parameter is not specified in the shortcut that you use
the start Outlook. That forces Outlook to start in its safe mode.

Once in Outlook, look under Help -> About -> Disabled to see what might have
gotten disabled in your prior session(s).
