How do you calculate a row.

I have a database that is a time sheet. I want to be able to calculate the
hours that they have worked in a week. I have a field that calculates the
daliy total hours(daliy total). I need a way of specifing the employee, the
week and how many hours they worked in that week into a field in a query.
