How do you assign a Workbook Location Path to a cell?

Example, 1st workbook pulls information from a 2nd workbook. So when that 2nd
workbook is moved to another drive or folder, the 1st workbook that addresses
the 2nd workbook with the path location within the functions does not change.
Is it possible to assign a cell within the 1st workbook to link the location
path, file name, & tab to the 2nd workbook? What would be the function?

Excel makes this much more difficult than it should be. (Much more
difficult than it is in either 1-2-3 or Quattro Pro.) There's no
automatic way to make anything in workbook_1 change when you move
workbook_2, so the only way to do this involves the user updating cell
(s) with path, filename and worksheet name after moving workbook_2.
Even then, your options aren't straightforward. See the following
linked article for the alternatives.
