How do you add a hyperlink to a picture in Outlook

I am trying to add a hyperlink to a picture in outlook that takes you to a
report that we have on our Intranet. Can anyone tell me how to add the
hyperlink to the picture?
 
While editing the email, select the picture, right click on it and choose
Hyperlink
 
When I select the picture and then right click, hyperlink is not an option.
 
Nevermind....I was not testing this correctly. I had it working all along.
