How do we create internationalized apps in C#?

Hi,

Back in C++ (MFC), we created string tables, one for each language we wanted
to support. I have found nothing as simple and useful in .NET - so I am sure
I am not looking correclty.

Can someone tell me how support for various languages is obtained in .NET?
