how do u export entire outlook 2003 to a new computer

need to transfer outlook 2003 files from current computer to a new computer.
would also like to export favorites list on explorer 7 from current computer
to new computer

any help greatly appreciated

Make sure that Outlook is completely closed on the original computer,
then copy the PST file(s) over to the new computer. If you use a
read-only media to transfer the file(s), make sure that you remove the
read-only attribute before opening the file(s) with Outlook. Do not use
Export or Import to transfer PST files!
