how do u enter data to different tables from one form

i have 5 tables. their primary key is pers_no. one of them is the master
table. they have one to one relation ship with the master table through the
primary key. i like to have a form with a text box as pers_no --- i want to
enter data in the text box and want all the table to accept that. request u
to kindly help me. thank you.
