How do make 'run' to be available on my start up menu,

How do make 'run' to be available on my start up menu. it has just
dissappeared on my startup menu and it makes it difficult for me to run
commands e.g if i want to connect to a certain server or to browse something
(program)
 
While this has nothing whatsoever to do with Word, right click the Start
button and select properties > customize > advanced and check the box
against 'Run'. If this doesn't fix it ask in a Windows forum.
