How do make a web form work

I am using Microsoft FrontPage 2000 and I need a form that can email the
content of the form to me, it's just a name a email and there comments that
are entered into the form.

Please Help!!!!!!

You must publish the site via FP's http mode (http://wwww.yourdomainname.com) to a web server that
has the FP extensions installed and configured by the web host to process email via the FP
extensions.

Hi ther
have you uploaded your site yet to the internet. Your form needs to be
uploaded to work and your server must have CGI and front page extensions
available for you.
right click on your form table and go to properties. insert your email and
configure your form.
I can walk you through front page issues, just email me and I will phone
