How do install Users directory to a different drive?

I've created a PC with two drives. A Raid-0 drive aimed at performance for
the system and a Raid-5 drive aimed at reliability for the files I'm acutlly
worried about.

During installation I'd like to put the system on drive C: (Raid-0) and the
"Users" directory on drive D:. How can I do that. I've got the Automated
Installation Kit, but I don't actually see the configuration to do this.

As well, in the future, for other installs, I may want to split this as C:
for the system, D: for "Programs" and E: for "Users". Any suggestions here?

As you can probably tell, Vista makes extensive use of junction mounts for
backwards compatability. Junction mounts are something that became available
and widely used to some extent since W2K came out. You could try 'tricking'
Vista into thinking the Users folder is where it thinks it is, but really
located on the other drive/partition/folder. Same for the other folders you
mentioned.
